Currently under construction in Queens and scheduled to open in 2027, New York Stadium will become New York City’s first professional soccer-specific stadium and the future home of New York City FC. Designed as a state-of-the-art and sustainability-focused venue, it will be Major League Soccer’s first fully electric stadium, setting new standards for the fan and athlete experience. Taking its place on the global stage during the LA28 Olympic Games, the venue will host Olympic Football (Soccer) tournament matches, welcoming elite athletes and fans from around the world to one of the sport’s newest premier destinations.
