1. Buyer’s Agreement & Contract Formation
A legally binding contract between Ticket Tariffs LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) and you (“buyer,” “client,” “you”) is created when:
1. You confirm your ticket requirements via any form of communication.
2. We accept your order by sending a confirmation email and/or invoice.
Ticket Tariffs LLC is registered in the United Arab Emirates, and all transactions are governed by UAE laws. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. User Registration & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including any unauthorized access.
3. Buyer Requirements
• Payment must be made using valid credit or debit card details. The card must be authorized for use and valid for the event date.
• Any request to change, rename, or reissue tickets will incur a USD 50 administrative fee, payable before the new tickets are issued.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Payments

Credit & Debit Card Charges
Your credit or debit card may be charged or authorized at the time of booking. If tickets are ultimately unavailable, any authorized or charged amount will be fully refunded.

Debit Card Authorizations
In some cases, multiple authorization attempts may occur due to security checks or incorrect information. While we only complete one transaction, temporary holds may appear on your account and can take several days to clear, depending on your bank.

If a technical or third-party error results in tickets being delivered without payment being processed, you authorize us to collect the outstanding amount using appropriate and lawful methods.

4. Ticket Delivery
• Tickets are delivered securely and may require a signature.
• Delivery methods may be chosen at checkout but can be adjusted to e-ticket delivery if necessary. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Tickets are generally delivered 3–10 days prior to the event; some events release tickets closer to the event date.
• Season Cards: If a season card is not returned within 48 hours of the final event, a GBP 250 fee per card may apply.
5. Order Guarantee & Ticket Accuracy
• We provide a 150% Order Guarantee, ensuring tickets are delivered before the event.
• Tickets may be upgraded if original tickets are unavailable.
• Seating charts are guides only; exact seats are not guaranteed.
• Orders of six or more seats will be allocated as close together as possible; if not feasible, tickets will be provided in nearby pairs.
• We reserve the right to downgrade tickets in rare circumstances but will notify you and provide a partial refund if necessary.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
We accept most major credit cards. Payment does not grant cancellation rights or exceptions to these Terms.
All sales are final. Refunds are only available if:
• The event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
• Tickets are not delivered in time for the event (rare circumstances).
• Refunds, if applicable, are issued through the original payment method only.
• Ticket Tariffs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets, or delivery errors caused by third parties.
7. Event Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancelled Events: Refunds will be issued after deducting booking and administrative fees.
• Rescheduled Events: Tickets remain valid for the new date.
• We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to cancellations or rescheduling.
• Buyers should verify event status before making travel arrangements. While we will attempt to notify buyers of changes, we are not liable if we cannot reach you.
8. Force Majeure Policy
Ticket Tariffs LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)
• Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial action
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
• Technical failures, internet outages, or disruptions caused by third parties
In the event of a force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill our obligations as soon as possible. SITE may also terminate agreements in the event of force majeure.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
• We do not store, sell, lease, or share your credit/debit card information or personal data with third parties.
• Ticket Tariffs LLC complies with applicable UAE law and will not provide services to individuals or entities in OFAC-sanctioned countries.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
• Ticket Tariffs LLC is a secondary ticket marketplace and is not affiliated, endorsed, or connected to artists, venues, sports teams, or event organizers.
• Ticket prices may exceed or be below face value.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third parties, such as event organizers, venues, performers, or weather conditions.
• Using our services is at your own risk, and our liability is limited to the cost of the ticket.
11. Delivery & Shipping
• Tickets will be delivered according to your selected method.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically delivered 3–7 days prior to the event.
• Signature may be required at delivery.
• Users must provide the correct address; incorrect addresses may result in undelivered tickets with no refund.
• International orders must select an international delivery option; shipping fees will be adjusted if selected incorrectly.
• E-Tickets: Instant downloads may not always be available due to fraud checks or processing delays. Users are responsible for checking email instructions and printing tickets if required.
12. User Conduct & Venue Rules
• Users must comply with event venue rules and policies.
• Ejection for misconduct or violation of venue rules may result in no refund, and users may be liable for fines or damages.
• Users may be required to provide proof of identity or authorization to prevent fraud.
